The governing law and dispute terms in a signed service agreement take priority for that paid engagement. The English, Indonesian and Simplified Chinese versions are intended to convey the same meaning; interpretation remains subject to any mandatory language requirements under applicable law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
